We offer 60 or 90 minute sports massage  appointments.


How do I know whether sports massage is right for me?


Massage can be of benefit to many conditions and injuries. We will monitor how you respond to your first few treatments and if needs be we can refer you to other health and wellness professionals if you are not improving.
